Dual seal rubber Skirt
Rubber skirtboard mainly used in bulk material handling system as a side skirt on conveyor belt system. The function of rubber skirt is to provide an effective and safe seal against belt to limit dust leakage. The rubber skirt has a double layer of skirting rubber compound from polyurethane and rubber.

Polyurethane Skirt / PU Skirt
The PU skirt suitable for heavy duty and high wear of conveyor system, processed with top quality material, which decreases wear on your belt and protecting the conveyor line.
These skirts can be produced up to 50’ long continuously. The edges from 45° down to 10° allows you to choose the skirt that lays flatter and provides the best seal, which keeps the product contained along the belt.

-Hardness, shore a: 55-80
-High wear resistant, soft and belt friendly.
Recommend used for hard rock mining, such as trap rock, gold&copper ore, oil sands conveying applications.
