conveyor impact bed & barare designed to protect the conveyor belt at key transfer loading point areas. They help to keep bulk materials on the belt where it belongs. The impact beds help to absorb shock loads and support the full width of the conveyor belt. They help to eliminated the cost of idler maintenance and failure.

UHMWPE Layer:the uhmwpe has lowest coefficient of friction and super self lubrication, it makes the belt running smoothly, specially suitable in extreme conditions.
Molecular content: 5.0millions, 7.5millions, 9.0 millisons. Colour: Red, blue, green, black, white, etc.
High elastic rubber: the impact bar can absorber the buffer force by rubber’s physical elastic when shocked, so the elastic of rubber must meed requirements, the hardness shore a of rubber is 50-65.
Metal frame: here existing two different metal frames used to connect with the impact bed by bolts – Aluminum and steel materials. (Note: if the impact bar used in mining underground, the aluminum is forbidded.)
